Hi, I am Laura! I am passionate about supporting breastfeeding families through all stages of pregnancy, postpartum, and weaning. It is clear our system falls short in supporting breastfeeding and I aim to be that support in whatever way possible. I offer respectful, judgement-free breastfeeding support. Breastfeeding may look different for everyone and is not one-size-fits-all, and I wholeheartedly believe in working with you to find a method that works best for you, your unique situation, and your choices. I won’t leave you stranded; I feel my work is never done until you feel you have received all the support you need.

- International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) – 2021
- Yoga Instructor (500 hr) Yoga Vidya Gurukul, India 2010 and 2012
- Prenatal Yoga Instructor (185 hr) Urban Breath 2015 and Yogapoint 2020
- Yoga Nidra Teacher Certification (100hr) – in progress
- Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management – Southeast Missouri State University 2025
What I Offer
Breastfeeding Support
Individual breastfeeding support (including prenatal visits) may be covered by your insurance, and I offer a sliding scale upon request if you need to pay out of pocket.

In-home breastfeeding support
Your home is where you will be spending the most time feeding and bonding with your baby. Let me come to you, and help you work with your environment to navigate feeding challenges in the comfort of your own home. Please know that I do not want you to clean for me. I am here to help and reduce stress for you, NOT be one more thing on your to-do list! I do not judge messy homes, I know parenthood is chaotic, and oh, I will love your furry pet!
